Complete scam, never updated paperwork, or sent printed forms like promised.
Also use PayPal so you have no recourse for refunds or
chargebacks.

I finally did receive a refund but only after I threatened attorney general action. I tracked down the owner of the website and he is an attorney in Florida. The domain name is registered in Connecticut. I am from Oregon and sent a final email telling them that I had contacted the attorney generals of all three states. I recieved a refund within 30 minutes. Shame, shame on these people.
